I am a freelance acrobat and trapeze artist. Please see below for information about my training and performance history.

Biography

James had studied mathematics at Cambridge University before starting work in an investment bank. However, he soon decided that this was not the life for him and began training at Circomedia in Bristol, UK. There, he specialised in acrobatics and trapeze.

He has since pursued a career in a variety of circus arts, performing acts in many aerial disciplines including trapeze, straps and silks as well as ground-based disciplines of acrobatics, juggling and chinese pole. He also has extensive experience in bringing character to his performances.

He has performed across the globe, from Hong Kong to Hawaii and from Kiev to Kuwait; He has been engaged by Google, McDonald's and Panasonic among many other clients.

Highlights include the Annual Ball of the British Chambers of Commerce in Hong Kong; the Coca-Cola Active Festival in Israel; The Ashes at Lord's Cricket Ground; Glastonbury Festival; and as part of the BP Ultimate campaign across Europe. He has also appeared in TV adverts for Hitachi and Smirnoff.
